Apartment Law:<\/strong>\u00a0 This statute requires an inspection report to contain:<\/p>\u2981 photographs;<\/p>
\u2981 any test results;<\/p>
\u2981 a narrative sufficient to establish a baseline of the condition of the components inspected that can be compared to the results of subsequent inspections; and<\/p>
\u2981 an identification of any EEE that poses an immediate threat to the safety of the occupants, and advice as to whether preventing occupant access or conducting emergency repairs like shoring is necessary.<\/p>
Although not specifically required, the report may also contain recommendations for \u201ccorrective work to an exterior elevated element that, in the opinion of the inspector, does not pose an immediate threat to the safety of the occupants.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
